Dear Entrant
We are contacting you as you entered the Devon County AA Cross Country Championships in 2020. We postponed the event to 21st March 2021 but unfortunately due to the uncertainty over when lockdown restrictions may be lifted we have had to take the difficult decision to cancel the event. We sincerely hope the event will take place in our usual date of December 5th hopefully in conjunction with the Westward League.
We hope you are willing to allow us to hold your entry over until that event. We are aware that some people will change age groups but we will not be making an additional charge for those who go from U17 to U20.
If you do wish to have a refund we can arrange this but remember the amount returned will be less the admin fee we have to pay to the entry system provider (approx. 90p)
If you require a refund please email me in the next two weeks and we will process this from 8th March.
I am sorry this has had to happen but as I am sure you realise the situation with COVID is far from clear.
We hope to put on Devon Open events this summer and once we have a confirmed list of dates we will publish them on the Devon County AA website
Regards
Keith Reed - Devon County AA
